VENUE FEATURES:
Our Conservatory Ballroom is currently undergoing renovations to be able to accommodate larger guest counts fully inside! The ballroom will be able to hold around 150 guests including room for a dancefloor. Your dream ceremony and/or cocktail hour can take place inside the other areas of the mansion or outside on the veranda and front lawn of the mansion. Other rooms throughout the mansion, such as our Bridal Suite and Grooms Room, will also be going through transformations!
The 1920s Mansion is complete with several settings that can be used for your wedding day celebrations. It provides Vogue-worthy intimate indoor ceremony locations, covered and open-air balconies for cocktail hour (all overlooking the river), and a grand entrance to greet your guests upon arrival.
Mansion Lawn is an exemplary location for outdoor ceremonies spanning from 50 to 250 guests. Choose a stately and sophisticated backdrop of the 1920s historic mansion, or create a more urban, organic-inspired look with lush green shrubbery nearby. The sprawling Mansion Lawn is also suited for reception tents where you and your guests will dine and dance the night away, riverside. One of our favorite included options is the translucent skylight tent that provides an open-air soiree feel but still provides all the convenience of coverage from the elements.
The Loft is equipped with comfortable lounge seating, floor length mirrors, storage space, a private bathroom, and a makeup vanity with a mirror for final primping and pampering needs. Original glass windows allow natural light into the space and also provides private access to the covered Vanderbilt Balcony.
Located on the first floor of Historic King Mansion, the Study creates a touch of “den-inspired” masculine aesthetic with dark wood paneled walls, large screen TV, and fireplace. The Study and Billiard Room (featuring an authentic pool table) are available as a pre-ceremony hangout for wedding party members.
