King Mansion
The 1920s Mansion is complete with several settings that can be used for your wedding day celebrations. It provides Vogue-worthy intimate indoor ceremony locations, covered and open-air balconies for cocktail hour (all overlooking the river), and a grand entrance to greet your guests upon arrival.
Conservatory Ballroom
Dance the night away in our brand new Conservatory Ballroom that can fit up to 150 guests with a dance-floor. This new room features four gorgeous chandeliers, stained concrete floors, market lighting, smoky mirror accent wall, and elegant modern sconces. The Ballroom is situated in the perfect location on our property for you and your guests to watch the breathtaking sunset over the river during your dinner reception.
The Loft
The Loft is equipped with brand new comfortable lounge seating, a floor-length mirror, fireplace, and a separate room with a gorgeous makeup vanity bar for final primping and pampering needs.
The Gentlemen’s Den
Located on the first floor of Historic King Mansion, the Gentlemen’s Den creates a touch of “den-inspired” masculine aesthetic with dark wood-paneled walls, large screen TV, and fireplace. The Study and Billiard Room (featuring an authentic pool table) are available as a pre-ceremony hangout for wedding party members.
Mansion Lawn
Our Mansion Lawn is an exemplary location for outdoor ceremonies spanning from 50 to 170 guests. Choose a stately and sophisticated backdrop of the 1920s historic mansion, or create a more urban, organic-inspired look with lush green shrubbery nearby and the river setting behind you for your ceremony scenery. This location can also be used as a *tented outdoor reception option!
