The recent renovations to the first floor of our mansion makes our venue the perfect location for your next party or event! Our updated 1920s Mediterranean-inspired grandeur now offers even more indoor and outdoor spaces that will keep your guests talking for years to come.

Mansion Foyer, Study, and Billiard Room

Once guests enter through Historic King Mansion’s front door into the Foyer, they are greeted by a sight they won’t soon forget – the Grand Staircase. The Grand Staircase is the focal point of the main Foyer area, which offers a central location for speeches or music entertainment during a corporate or private event. The Foyer’s open event space is best for a seated reception for 50 people or a cocktail reception for up to 70 guests. French doors open on either side to the Study and Billiard Rooms, which allows additional space for a larger reception.

Piazza and Mansion Lawn

Embrace a touch of Tuscany when enjoying a covered outdoor seating area, riverside, on the covered Piazza, which features Italian Revival styled columns. The Piazza can serve as a location for a registration and welcome area for your guests, or an outdoor cocktail reception for 40 people. The sprawling Mansion Lawn is suited for tents, where you and your guests will dine and dance the night away riverside. The gracious amount of space available allows for unforgettable celebrations and galas for up to 300 guests.

Mezzanine and Balconies

Located on the mansion’s second floor, the Mezzanine is perfect for mixing and mingling before a seated dinner or all-day corporate meeting. Stained glass windows, wrought iron railing with intricate detail, and convenient access to the two outdoor balconies make the Mezzanine a statement location. Newly renovated and modernized bathroom accommodations are located in this area.
